Summer Prix Fixe Feasts

Join us all summer as we offer a rotating feast of Prix Fixe menus! Chef Lan will be highlighting some of our most popular dishes, as well as adding in new and innovative culinary creations.

Prix Fixe 

Choice of 2 appetizers & 1 entrée or 1 appetizer, 1 entrée, 1 dessert. $35 per person

 

Appetizers

Watermelon Salad – cucumber, watermelon radish, queso fresco, multigrain croutes, honey rose vinaigrettes

Italian Sausage & Garbanzo Soup – basil, sour cream, sunflower seeds

Octopus Carpaccio  - balsamic citrus sauce, tarragon olive oil, serrano peppers, tobiko caviar

Rabbit Tacos - curry sauce, mango, sour cream

 

Entrees

Beef Short Ribs - sake hoisin sauce, mashed potato with parsnips, crispy spinach, focaccia croute

Summer Veggie Pasta – summer squash, broccoli rabe, watermelon radish, sunflower & tomatillo  pesto, fresh angel hair pasta

Mahi Mahi – almond crust, cherry beet sauce, Israeli couscous, summer squash, watercress

 

Desserts

Vanilla Lavender Crème Brulee – berries in orange liqueur, wonton crisp

Flourless Chocolate Cake – raspberries, amaretto mousse, smoky chocolate ice cream

Cherry Torte – rose sponge cake, fresh cherries, milk chocolate mousse, gentian ice cream

This week's wine features

Solosole, Vermentino, Toscana, Italy – crisp and refreshing summer white from Tuscany.  $10 glass or $37 bottle

Herdade do Peso, Alentejo, Portugal – herbaceous and fruity dry red from Portugal made from Port grapes.  $9.50 glass or $36 bottle
