Rangoons - fried wontons filled with krab & cream cheese, guava habanero dip

Duck Springrolls - apricot & Chinese 5 spice sauce

Beef Short Ribs - sake hoisin sauce, potato terrine, fried spinach, sesame seeds

Escolar - passion fruit glaze, watermelon salsa, roasted gold potatoes in caviar sauce

Fried Chicken & Waffles - boneless chicken breast, house jams, salted PX maple syrup, smoky butter

Duck Brie Crepes - shredded duck, brie, currants, almonds, brandy cream sauce

Stuffed Artichoke Pasta - fennel & spinach, smoked mozzarella, trecce pasta, cheesy vermouth sauce
