Melange is the canvas for Chef/Owner Lan Bradeen to showcase her contemporary cuisine while supporting our community of farmers. Melange is also a visual canvas showcasing the work of Sarasota artists, and features the seasonal cocktail creations of award-winning mixologist, Brad Coburn.
